Along with the basic trading, we will also have Non-GM trading. This means that if there is a player that you really want to get your hands on, but that team never has a GM, that you can still acquire the player you want. Just post the deal that you'd want to make, and the mod's will review your trade.
Keep in mind, these trades will be more difficult to make, as the mods are not only looking at the fairness of the trade, but also if the trade fits the teams image and goals (EX: A team like the Packers wouldn't give up Aaron Rodgers for a younger QB if they're in the playoff hunt, and a team like the Jaguars wouldn't trade away Luke Joeckel for a more experienced OT if they were in near dead last)
